Rodney Dean Moser

Rodney Dean Moser passed away on May 6, 2018.
Celebration of Life: 11:00 am Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Rodney will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery, Rodman, IA.
Rod grew up in Emmettsburg, IA, he joined the Jaycees after high school and the volunteer fire department where he remained for 25 years with Rodman VFD and Dixie VFD. He always had a passion for flying and earned his pilots license in 1998. He spent his career as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with Hoss Equipment and MG Bryan.
Rodney was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Karen Moser; and nephew Jerrit Hiatt.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Moser; sons, Cody Hamilton and wife Mallory, Tommy Stevenson and wife Christina, and Andrew Blair and wife, Shylynn; daughters, Amanda Miller and husband, Mark, Haley Hoffmeyer, and Megan Moser; brother, Brian Moser and wife, Jody; sisters, Kathy Hiatt and husband, Joe Bauer, and Connie Zipse and husband, Scott; and many other extended family and friends.
