Rosietta V. Sutton

Rosietta Van Hemert Sutton, 91 years of age of Everman, Texas, passed away on July 11th, 2018.
Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. on Friday, July 13, 2018, at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home, 518 SW Johnson Avenue, Burleson, TX 76028, with a burial 11 am Saturday, July 14, 2018 Restland Cemetery in Olney, TX.
Rose was born in New Castle, Texas, to Lyndred and Sarah Van Hemert on February 28, 1927.
She was One of Eight children and was raised in Olney, TX.
She started her career as an accountant at Leonard Bros. Department stores in Fort Worth, and after moving to Everman she went to work for Cummins Supply Company.
She loved crocheting and jigsaw puzzles.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents; four siblings, Edward, Cliford, Franklin, and Willena; daughter, Cindy Lathrop; great-grandson, Mark Boterf.
Rose is survived by her daughters, Judy, Melinda, Janis and Beverly; son, Joe Sutton; sisters, Violet, SaraJane and Nancy; 18 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
