Russell Gene Grindele

Russell "Rusty" Gene Grindele, 68, of North Richland Hills, Texas, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at this residence. He was born January 12, 1957 in Dallas, Texas.

Rusty worked in property management. He was a very talented artist and musician, composing music and playing guitar. Rusty will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

He is survived by his brother, Rick Grindele and wife, Judy of Nacogdoches; his sister, Lana Russell and husband, Charles, of Fate; his nephew, Christopher Russell and wife, Sheryl of San Antonio; he is also survived by his nieces, Amber Graves and Tasha Graves, both of Garland.

Rusty is preceded in death by his father, Herbert Raymond Grindele; his mother, Jeannette Waters Grindele; his brother, Bill Grindele; and also, by his sister, Cindy Graves.

Services for family and friends will be held at a later date.
