Rusty Johnson

Rusty Johnson of Dallas, Texas passed away Monday, November 9th, 2020 in Grapevine, Texas. He will always be remembered as a loving husband and father, proud grandfather, caring brother and uncle, and faithful friend. He was born October 1st, 1958 to Bobby Gene and Bobbie Wynell Johnson. Rusty was avid fisherman, motorcycle enthusiast and patriot. He was well known for his abrasive but loving nature. Rusty spent his adult life working in the automotive industry and is well known to this day. Rusty is survived by daughter Jennifer Johnson of Garland, Tx, daughter Kristina Lyons and her husband Nathaniel Lyons of Keller, Tx, daughter Julie Harison of Wylie, sister Pam Barrett, grandsons James Harison, Hayden Varnell, Brody Durrett and Raylan Williams, and granddaughters Laci Williams, Kyndal Varnell and Riley Lyons. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Christopher Johnson and loving wife Brenda Johnson.
The memorial service will be held Friday November 13th, 2020 from 6 o’clock pm until 8 o’clock pm at Lucas Funeral Home.
