Graveside services for Ruth Hardaway Joiner, 95, of Beaumont, are schedule for Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 2pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Mark Grissom officiating. Ruth passed away December 13th in Grapevine at Grand Brook Memory Care surrounded by family. She was born September 1, 1923 in Hemphill, Texas.
She was a member of Highland Ave. Baptist Church in Beaumont. She enjoyed oil painting and was known for her homemade yeast rolls, a recipe that is loved and shared among friends and families.
Proceded in death by her parents; Grady and Lorene Glawson; husband, Paul W. Hardaway; infant daughter, Linda Cheryle Haradaway; husband Charles Joiner; sisters, Phyllis Hanson, Sue Holst, Susie Kelly; brothers Leonard Glawson, Gilbert Glawson, Aubrey Glawson, Willie B. Glawson.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Phyllis Hardaway of Grapevine, Jerry and Linda Hardaway of Fort Worth, Malcom and Darilou Hardaway of Longview; two step daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Jerry Jeansonne of Chattanooga, TN and Pamela Fox and Jim May of Fountain Hills, AZ; brother and Delton and wife Dollie Glawson; sister, Verline Small, eleven grandchildren and great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
