Ruth Eakin York, 66, of Fort Worth, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021. A memorial visitation will be held from 11:00am to 1:00pm, Friday, April 16, 2021, at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home in Burleson.
Ruth was born November 25, 1954, in Fort Worth, to Buck and Jody Eakin.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Vic; daughter, Kelly Farguhar and husband, Mike; sons, David Simpson and wife, Sonnie and John Simpson and wife, Ashley; five grandchildren; sisters, Debbie Skrasek and Barbara Anderson; and brothers, Danny Eakin and Woody Eakin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meals on Wheels.
