Sarah Ann Grimes

Sarah Ann Grimes was born on January 20, 1949 in Kilgore, Texas to the late Frances Rebecca (Smith) Cummings and Norman Everett Cummings. She passed away on October 2, 2020 in Burleson, Texas.

Sarah loved to read, especially about travel destinations and other countries and cultures. She enjoyed going to museums, plays or musicals. Sarah had a career in real estate for many years and formed countless friendships along the way. Her faith in the Lord was extraordinary.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Rex Lee Grimes.
She is survived by her daughters, Angela Tate and Amy Parris and husband, Doug; grandchildren, Grace Grimes and Piper Parris and Paxton Parris.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday, October 12, 2020 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. A committal service will be held at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
