Sarah Jane Marchbanks Long Jezek

Sarah Jane Marchbanks Long Jezek, 60, passed away Thursday September 16, 2021.
There will be a memorial service held to honor her at 10:00 am Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Lucas Funeral Home, Keller, Texas.
Sarah was born on July 26, 1961 in Big Spring, Tx to Charles Lindsey Marchbanks and Troy Gertrude Marchbanks. She was a graduate of Granbury High School class of 1979. She attended Texas Women’s University and graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. In her younger years, she was active in local 4H organizations participating in rodeos, while riding horses, competing in stock shows, and showing rabbits. Sarah was passionate about dogs and lots of different and various animals. Later she ended up having a stroke which left her partially paralyzed, but that didn’t stop her from being the people person she was. She would travel down the street in her power chair to run errands, go to the local store and stop and chat with people from the shops along the routes. She was definitely a people person.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Bertie Marchbanks, father, Charles Lindsey Marchbanks , and most recently her mother, Troy Gertrude Garms Marchbanks.
She is survived by her husband, Jon Paul Jezek; her daughter, Mary Catherine Garza; her sister, Troy Alceaus Marchbanks and niece Patricia Lindsey Maria Collett.
