Saul Fraire Pena

With much heartache, the family of Saul Fraire Pena announces his passing on April 26th, 2023.

Saul Fraire Pena was born on June 22nd, 1983 to loving and devoted parents, Vicente Fraire Torres and Martha Pena de Fraire, in Torreon Coahuila Mexico. The family came to Salado, Texas, where Saul graduated from high school. He came into his career early in the food industry, rising to executive chef at Silverfox in Grapevine, Texas. Through his work, Saul came to touch the lives of many in the community and is remembered with love and fondness.

Saul had a love and talent for cooking, but could often be found in the great outdoors. He regularly would be out in the woods hunting, or muddying the tires of his Jeep with friends and family. Saul’s family meant a great deal to him, and he cherished the time he spent with them.

Saul is survived by his parents, Vicente and Martha Fraire; his siblings, Karina, Vicente, Coral, and Aron Fraire; his niece, Kate; and his nephews, Xavier and Alex.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 6th, 2023 at Lucas Funeral Home, located at 1601 S. Main St., Keller, Texas 76248, at 10 o’clock am. The family will welcome guests at a reception to follow, also at the funeral home.
