She worked as a nurse in several different capacities over the years and loved every minute of it. She retired from nursing in 2011.
Sharon loved the Lord and her family deeply. She didn’t know a stranger and always had a bright cheerful smile on her face. She enjoyed being active in various groups at her church, and was the best at taking donations for those in need. She loved her pets, especially her dog Duke, whom she took everywhere with her, and was planning on getting him certified as a therapy dog. She loved dancing and had recently become a member of the Red Hat Society. She also rediscovered her joy for knitting. She loved nature, the outdoors, and spending time in her garden. She loved to start her day talking to the Lord then taking walks in the park with Duke.
