Shelby Fredrika James

Shelby Fredricka James age 80 of North Richland Hills, Texas passed away on August 27, 2020 at her home. Shelby was born on October 30, 1939 in Baldwyn, Mississippi to the late Lillian Belle (Mabry) and Reuben Leonard Scott. She was raised in the Baptist Church, was a faithful Christian and loved the Lord. She worked as an income tax preparer and was an impeccable office manager. She loved her large family and was a veracious reader. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Knox “Bud” Webb; siblings, Phillip, Rhea, Billmer, Suzie, and Shirley.

Shelby is survived by her children, Matthew Scott Webb and wife, Joanna of Lake Tahoe, California and daughter, Melissa Madeley and husband, John of North Richland Hills, Texas; grandchildren, Mia Shifrin and Husband, Josh, Mitchell Debaun, Bridgette Cummins and husband, Scott, Courtnie Webb, Emily Madeley, Olivia Madeley, and Libby Webb; brothers, Bob Scott and wife, Phyllis of Corpus Christi, TX, Reuben Scott and wife, Joann of Shreveport, LA; sister, Trena Lunsford and husband, Sonny of Little Rock, AR; and sister-in-law, Karen Scott of Ozark, Missouri.
