Sherry Rene Linton age 53 of White Settlement, Texas passed away on January 28, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas. Sherry was born on April 23, 1965 in Clayton, Missouri to the late Ronald Joseph Stenberg and Kathleen Francis Chrostowski Stenberg.
Sherry graduated McClure high school Florissant, Missouri, and was a long-time volunteer for many activities in the Church of God Evangelistic Association in both St. Louis Missouri and Waxahachie Texas. Sherry was an avid quilter and a member of the Fort Worth Quilt Guild. Sherry loved national park traveling with her husband.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Craig A. Linton of White Settlement; son, Shawn Stenberg and Crystal Flores of Fort Worth, Texas; daughter, Ashley Linton of Hurst, Texas; grandchildren, Adrianna Stenberg, Maiya Stenberg, Miles Montalvo and Lillian Eldridge; brothers, Ronald Stenberg and wife, Barbara; Frank Stenberg, and Gene Stenberg all of Missouri; sister, Barbara Richey of Collinsville, Illinois; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends and visitors from 6:00-8:00, Friday, February 1, 2019 at Lucas Funeral Home. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 also at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst with Tim West officiating.
If desired memorial donations can be made in Sherry’s honor and memory to American Diabetes Association.
