Shirley Marie Bryson

Shirley Marie Bryson, resident of Burleson, TX passed away on the 25th of August, 2023 at Huguley Memorial Medical Center at the age of 77 years.


She was born on the 18th of August, 1946, in Waco, Texas and raised in various places throughout the United States including Maine, Arizona, and Modesto, California. She eventually settled in Burleson, Texas. Her employments included the Piccadilly Cafeteria, Hurbey’s Foods, and Burleson ISD School Cafeteria. Interests included baking, cooking, painting, wood working and pet care.


She was always willing to help others, outgoing, selfless, goofy and extremely loving.


She is survived by her husband, Morgan Eugene Bryson, her children Tina Marie Bryson, Kenneth Eugene Bryson, Danielle Nicole Chavez, and Rick Chavez, her grandchildren, Morgan Miranda, Josie, Gregory, Emma Chavez, and Isabella Chavez. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Berry, mother, Nadine Berry, father-in-law, Morgan Bryson, and her mother-in-law Laverne Bryson.
