Hurst – Siefu Chow, 81, died on Sunday, July 11, 2021 in Hurst, Texas.

Services: Viewing Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Memorial Service Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 10:00 am at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Siefu Chow was born March 25, 1940 in China. As a young child he immigrated from China through Taiwan and Central America before settling in the United States in 1962. In 1969 he married Virginia and moved to Hurst, Texas. In 1970 he opened Chow Soon Restaurant serving Chinese food with his wife. He has three sons who also helped with the family restaurant. He closed the restaurant in August, 1997. He then worked as the Kitchen Manager for Kroger in 2000. He retired in 2009.

Survivors: Sons: Scott, Daniel and Mitchell Chow; Daughters-in-Law: Kimberly, Angela and Jeanetta; Granddaughters: Nicole and Zoe.
