Spring Erin (Greenhalgh) Chaltas of North Richland Hills, Texas, formerly of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 8th, 2023 at the age of 55. She was born on January 27, 1968 to Frederick Olsen Greenhalgh and Josephine Thelma Tomassi.
Spring grew up in the Tampa area, where she attended King High School and Hillsborough Community College. Spring was devoted to her husband and children. She valued service to her community where she gave many hours to her children’s schools and to her church. She had an aptitude for business administration and human resources, which she demonstrated in all the positions she held; from a Kelly Services Site Manager to her last position as the Temple Administrator at Congregation Beth Israel. Spring was a Christian who worshiped in the Anglican tradition.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Charles Chaltas, sons William Chaltas and John Chaltas, sisters Victoria Higgins (Parlapiano) and Andrea Fisher (Greenhalgh), along with her aunts and uncles, nieces and nephew.
The funeral service will be held on February 25, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Saint Laurence Anglican Church, Southlake, Texas. Interment will be at a later date.
