Fort Worth , Texas - Staci Marie Green, 52, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away peacefully with her loving husband at her side. Staci was born June 11,1969 in Fort Worth, Texas to the Dossett family and became a blessing to Louie and Rita Self through the magic of adoption.

Staci grew up in Hurst, Tx in a Christian home. Staci attended L.D. Bell High School and graduated in 1987. At the age of 18, she then attended Cosmetology School. She then spent the next 34 years making the women of North Texas beautiful.

Staci met the love of her life through a twist of fate in 1987. Tony was filling in for a hurt friend on a moving crew and showed up at Staci's house, they have been together ever since.
Tony and Staci were married on March 2, 1991 by her father Louie Self. This year they celebrated their 30th Anniversary.
Staci and Tony had many four legged kiddos over the years and loved them all dearly.

Staci was born warm hearted and laughed her way through life. She was loved by many people. She had a smile that lit up a room and a very contagious laugh. Staci loved her and Tony's life together. She enjoyed a good conversation and her favorite topic was Tony's cooking.

Staci loved Christmas. For the last 20 years, Staci collected toys for the Irving Police and Fire Blue Christmas Toy Drive.

Staci is survived by her husband Tony Green, her parents Louie and Rita Self, her brother Chad Self and his wife Joanna, Mother in law Pat Green, Father in Law Carl Green Jr. and his wife Pam, Brother in law Mark Green and his wife Glenda, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
