Stanley Otis Coble

Stanley Otis Coble, 85, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, July 7, 2017.
Memorial Service: 2:00 PM Saturday in the Lucas Funeral Home Chapel of Hurst.

Stanley was born May 13, 1932 in San Antonio as the middle of five children to the late Otis and Ella Rogers Coble. He was in church soon after he was born, Mam-ma taking him with her when he was practically a newborn. He said he walked the aisle as a young boy and made a profession of faith in the Lord. Stanley graduated from Waco High School and worked a number of jobs before retired from the Castle Corporation. He was also a part-time minister of music for much of his life. He was known as a man of integrity. His life impacted so many people through the years and he will forever be missed dearly.
Stanley was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; sisters, Elaine Hill and Willa Jean Coble; brother, Warren Coble.
Survivors: Daughters, Sharon Ledgerwood and husband Leroy, Kay Jeter and husband David, and Leslie Corbell and husband Steve; sons, Bob Baucum and wife Jan and David Baucum and wife Mary Frances; grandchildren, Julie, Jordan, Jeff, John, Blake, Michelle, Colby, Lanie, Kyle, Mandi, Suzanna, Alisha, Erin, Bill, and Ellen; great-grandchildren, Addison, Haley, Harper, Christian, Collin, Carter, Grayson, Avery, Blake, Mason, Brendan, Sean William, Walden, Hayden, Orion, Atticus, Jonah, Penelope, Aiden, and Liam; sister, Fannie Joella Haynes; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members.
