Stanley Joseph Hoza

Stanley Joseph Hoza, 83, of Burleson passed away Saturday, Feb. 06, 2016 at a local hospital.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Fielder Road Church, 2011 South Fielder Road, Arlington, TX. 76013. Pastor Ender Palencia will officiate.
Interment will follow at Burleson Memorial Cemetery, Burleson, TX. Pallbearers will be Curtis Cunningham, Brady Gain, Kevin Dazey, Howie Heins, Hunter Haines, and Hayden Heins, and Robert McClory.
The Hoza family will receive friends on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home, 518 SW Johnson Ave., Burleson, TX.
Mr. Hoza was born July 19, 1932 in Houston, TX to Steven and Anna Biskup Hoza. Mr. Hoza served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was proud of his service to his country and believed in the values of this great nation.
Mr. Hoza is survived by a son, Larry Joseph Anguish; daughters, Dr. Sheila Hoza Cunningham and husband Marvin Curtis, Sandra Kay McClory and husband Robert; 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; nieces, AnnaBelle Griffith, and Alice Reese; nephews, Steve Reese and wife Virginia, Jody Reese and wife Margery; great nieces and nephews.
Known as daddy, grandpa, and most importantly Great Poppy. Mr. Hoza was truly a great man and will be missed by all. As great granddaughter Miss Charlotte says,” no fair, he gets to be an angel. “ We all have a new angel watching over us.
