Stephen F. Karpinski

Stephen F. Karpinski (AKA Steve or Karpy) , age 71, of North Richland Hills, Texas passed away on February 23, 2019. Steve was born on September 13, 1947 in Brooklyn, New York.

Steve was an avid golf player and enthusiast, a cigar aficionado, and an animated storyteller. He was extremely proud of his Polish heritage and fiercely loyal to his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Francis William Karpinski.
Steve is survived by his wife of nearly 13 years, Karen Karpinski of North Richland Hills, Texas; daughter, Tina Karpinski of New Jersey; stepdaughter, Laurie Kennedy and husband, Berlin Gabretti; stepdaughter Suzanne Kennedy and granddaughter Angelina all of Maryland; mother, Irene Karpinski; sisters, Diane Wipper and husband, Jimmy and Valerie Martin and husband Dan; Uncle Phillip Wierzbicki and wife Irena; and multiple nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and visitors from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Lucas Funeral Home and again on Sunday, March 3, 2019 starting at 1:00 P.M. with a short memorial service beginning at 2:00 P.M.
