Steve Briscoe

Stanley Steven Briscoe (known as Steve) of Hurst, Texas, went to the Lord on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at the age of 71.
Steve was born on July 9, 1949 in Decatur, TX to parents Joseph L. Briscoe and Mary Nell Briscoe. He married his wife, Renee June 10, 1978.

Steve worked for Braniff Airlines where he met his wife Renee and later worked as an Electrical Estimator. Together they raised two children Sarah and Paul Briscoe. He was an active member of Peace Lutheran Church. Steve enjoyed traveling with his family, decaf coffee, biscuits, watching Gun Smoke and reading on the beach. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to (AIM) African Immigrant Ministry of Peace Lutheran Church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Survivors: His loving wife Renee Briscoe of 43 years; daughter Sarah Lawson, son Paul Briscoe and his wife Samantha, grandson Dylan Lawson; brother Joseph Briscoe and his wife Anita also many other family members and friends.
