Susan Lynn Coker passed away on October 16, 2018.
A Celebration of Susan's life will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, October 19, 2018 at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Burial will take place at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville.
Susan was born on December 11th, 1948 in Houston, TX. She spent her early years in Palos Verdes, CA and resided in the DFW area from the mid 1970’s until present day. Susan cared deeply for her family and loved them all, fiercely. There was nothing she would not sacrifice to benefit the ones she loved. Susan will always be remembered as a loving mother, wife, grandmother and sister . Anyone who became close to her was, is and forever will be honored to have been a part of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Michael Coker
Susan is survived by her daughters; Chandra Stienstra and Chelsea Weatherford and husband, Ashley; grandchildren, Devon Short, Damon Short, Denny Stienstra, Drake Snyder and Darwin Stienstra; brothers, Mac Jacoby and wife, Marie, Rick Jacoby and wife, Joan Brogdon, and Robert Jacoby and wife, Beth; sister, Debby Price and husband Pat; and many other extended family and friends.
