Sybil Stafford, 95, of Fort Worth passed away on January 22, 2019.
Funeral: 12:30 pm Friday at the First Baptist Church of Keller. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving, Texas. Services will be officiated by Keith Sanders. Visitation is from 6-8 pm Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home, Keller.
Sybil was born March 18, 1923 in Iowa City, Iowa to Mabel and George Zinkula. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Keller. Sybil was also, an avid sports fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, George and Bill Zinkula.
Sybil is survived by her husband of 72 years, John J. Stafford; son, John D. Stafford and Mark Stafford and wife, Lisa; daughter, Karen Jourden; grandchildren, Jared Stafford, Jordan Stafford, Shawn Stafford, Christie Stafford, Mike Stafford, Alex Jourden, and Jon Harrison; great-grandchildren, Jackie Herterick and Kourtni Matheny; and great great-grandchildren, Ava and Lucas Herterick and Amelia Truesdale.
