Tammy Clay

Tamara Lynn Jones Clay, age 57, went to be with the Lord and Savior Thursday, May 16, 2024. There will be a party upon her request, at a later date, no traditional funeral, but a party for celebrating Tammy’s life.

Tammy was born October 18, 1966 in Arlington Texas to John Paul Jones Sr. and Patsy Anderson Jones. She married the love of her life Robert Clay August 20, 1988. Tammy was full of life and love and would open up her life to everyone she knew. Tammy graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Bear Valley Bible Institute in 2000, Graduated from Trinidad Police Academy in Colorado in 2005, and her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix.

She is survived by husband of 35 years, Robert; parents, John Paul Jones Sr and Patsy; daughter, Stephanie Greer and husband Brandon, son, Ben Clay and daughter in law Lauren, daughter, Molly Horrigan and husband Pat, daughter Misty Hutchins, son Daniel Shead-Clay and wife Lupe, and daughter, Ashley Beltran, and countless others who she was blessed and loved calling her children; sisters, Michelle Adams and Audrey ReisWoodCock; brothers, Michael and John Paul Jones Jr; countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren she loved so very dearly; and numerous extended family members.

Tammy is proceeded in death by her grandparents, Gerald and Emma Lou Jones and Lloyd and Cora Bea Anderson; daughters, Roxanne and Jennifer Ennis; and son, Julian Becker.
