Teresia Marie Clemons

Teresia Marie Clemons, age 41 of Keller, passed away on Tuesday September 25, 2018. She was born to Robert Robinson and Sammie Kay Robinson on January 11, 1977.
Teresia attended Copperas Cove High School, before going on to obtain her Bachelors Degree from Austin Peay State University. Teresia was beloved by many due to her outgoing personality and ability to help students learn to love school as she did. Teresia taught at many schools around the DFW area with the hope to help kids have a better and brighter future for the last ten years.
Teresia’s schedule was always busy, but she always made time for friends and family. She spent many summer vacations traveling the world with her husband, Marc Clemons. She took joy in traveling to new countries and discovering the history that she had spent much of her life reading about. When she was not traveling or preparing for the new school year ahead she spent her time helping her three daughters advanced in academics and their variety of extracurricular activities. Teresia’s short life had many wonderful memories and she will be missed by many.
Teresia is survived by her husband Marc Clemons, her three daughters Ashley(her step daughter who she treated as though she was her own), Kaitlyn, and Samantha, as well as many friends and loving family members.
Teresia wanted an intimate burial and funeral that was not far from her husband and daughters. The family wants to thank those that have reached out over the last few weeks and appreciate the thoughts and prayers that have been sent their way. The family is also asking to not have flowers sent to the home, but instead honor Teresia’s wish and have the money donated to the Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas.
