It is with great sorrow that we mourn the passing of Terrance Patrick Crawford Sr., a devoted husband, father, son, and honored Navy veteran. Born on February 1st, 1963, in New Orleans, LA, he gratefully served his country with distinction in the United States Navy as a Fire Controlman E6.
Terrance's unwavering commitment was displayed throughout his 20-year military career, followed by his dedicated work at Dallas Semiconductor, now Qorvo, in the field of technology as a Technical Engineer. A man of deep faith, he found solace and spiritual renewal at the Manresa Spiritual Retreat in Convent, LA, alongside his beloved sons, Terrance Jr. and John.
An alumnus of St. Paul's Catholic School in Covington, LA, Terrance furthered his education at Loyola University and the University of New Orleans, earning a bachelor's degree. His life was marked by integrity, kindness, and an unwavering devotion to his family, especially his cherished wife of 35 years, Lisa Crawford, whom he met in 1981 and built a life of love and memories with.
Terrance was a man of many passions - from fishing to coaching his sons in sports, tending to his yard with care, and enjoying the tranquility of time spent on his boat. Central to his being was his deep love for his family, bringing boundless joy to his wife and sons.
Terrance is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Crawford; his legacy lives on through his sons, Terrance Patrick Crawford Jr. and his wife, Haley and John Wirth Crawford and his wife, Dylan; grandchildren, Tre', Hayden and Basil; brothers, Kevin Crawford and his wife, Julie and John Crawford; sister, Pat Rasch and her husband, Randy and he leaves behind a multitude of nieces, nephews and other family members.
Preceded by his loving parents, Betty (Carbo) and John Wirth Crawford, and his sister-in-law, Anne (Dragon) Crawford.
Prior to the funeral, the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm, Tuesday, August 13, 2024, with a Rosary being recited in honor of his memory at Lucas Funeral Home - Chapel, 1601 South Main Street, Keller, Texas 76248. In reverence and remembrance of his life, a funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 10:30 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
Terrance Patrick Crawford Sr.'s legacy of valor, love, and devotion will endure in the hearts of all who were privileged to have known him. May he rest in eternal peace.
