Terry Burl Bell passed away at the age of 62 on February 28, 2023 in Grapevine, Texas. He was born to Roy L. and Jo Ann Vanderford Bell on December 31, 1960 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Terry graduated from Carter Riverside High School, Class of 1978. Terry deeply loved his family, friends, muscle cars, big block Chevys, drag racing, video games, pool, pinball, and turkey legs! He stood for the flag and knelt before God. He was fascinated by weather. Terry was in the coin-op video game and amusement industry for over 40 years. He was the heartbeat and namesake of the community staple Tornado Terry's Family Amusement Center in Keller, Texas for over three decades, and the inspiration for Category 5 Cheer and Empowerment in Athens, Texas.
Terry was preceded in death by little brother, Richard Bell; father, Roy L. Bell; mother, Jo Ann Vanderford Bell; and father-in-law, Warren D. Pattison III.
Terry is survived by his wife of 32 years, Shannon Bell; son, Richard Bell; daughter, Rachel and son-in-law Casey Williams; grandchildren, Gavyn, Akaida, Zayne, and Stormy Skye; mother-in-law, Gwen Pattison; niece Victoria Pattison; fur baby, Bella; grandpuppy, Romo; several half-siblings, in-laws, and their families.
