He is survived by his wife, Gail and their twin sons Jacob and Zachary; also, his adult children Nikki and Andy, his parents Patrick Hart and Elaine North, and his sister Colleen.

Tim was born May 16, 1966 in Norwalk, CA and graduated from El Toro High School in 1984. Tim enjoyed playing baseball, skiing and surfing, and had a passion for building models and flying remote control (RC) aircraft. He proudly served eight years in the Marine Corps Reserves and was activated for Desert Storm in 1990, stationed at Twentynine Palms in CA.
Tim flew A-320s for Virgin America and also was founder of Foamy Factories, being one of the first ones to build RC aircraft from foam. Tim previously graduated from Spartan School of Aeronautics and was hired by Air Midwest to fly B-1900s. When it became Mesa Airlines, he stayed on line and flew the CRJ series (200-900).

Tim’s legacy to his family and friends is his love of life - he taught us to enjoy life and be good to others. He had many passions – flying any type of RC, creating with his CNC machine, making his own bullets, collecting guns, off-roading in his pickup, and enjoying Star Wars. He showed us that you really can do anything you want. His children will say his favorite lines were “If you are going to do something, do it right,” and “Just do the right thing.”
Tim was given the nickname of Super Tim and Super Dad because he could fix everything and was his family’s hero. You could always depend on him to “do the right thing.” Now our “Super Tim/Super Dad” is in heaven where true superheroes go.
