Tina B. McCloskey, 58 of Watauga passed away March 21st in Watauga.
Memorial Visitation: Thursday, March 29, 5-7 p.m., Lucas Funeral Chapel in Keller.
Mrs. McCloskey was born October 7, 1959 in Wichita Falls, TX to Eldon and Helen Davis. She was a Special Education teacher, working with preschoolers and eventually 4th and 5th graders. Mrs. McCloskey loved children and reading and was most known for her sacrificial and unconditional love of others before herself.
Mrs. McCloskey was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of almost 38 years David McCloskey; sons Brandon (Rachael) McCloskey and Justin (Cindy) McCloskey; brother David Davis; sister Diane (Al) Johnson; grandchildren Davis, Ashlyn, Cole, Carolina and Mason; an aunt and uncles and several nieces and nephews as well as her Birdville Grace Hardmen Family.
In lieu of flowers, and to continue the mission of Tina and to honor her life and legacy, we established a YouCaring account to give-back to the children within the community, particularly those with special needs, through scholarships and other forms of assistance (direct donations are also welcomed as they don't incur any charge).
