Treba L. Dobkins

Treba L. Dobkins, 96 of North Richland Hills, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024 in a Bedford hospital. She was born to the late Lee and Letha Green Livingston on September 25, 1928 in Myra, Texas.

Treba was very talented and loved painting porcelain China, which she enjoyed for over thirty years. She was a member of the Fort Worth Porcelain Art Club and a member of the St. Paul Presbyterian Church in North Richland Hills. Treba will be missed and continually loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Steve Dobkins of North Richland Hills; her niece-in-law, Marcy Bezner of Gainesville; her nephew, Mike Schmitz and his wife, Marcia of Gainesville; and also, by her niece, Leslie Carter of Dallas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Dobkins; her parents, Lee and Letha Livingston; her son, Keith Dobkins; her sister, Oleta Schmitz; by her nephew, Buster Bezner, and also, by her brother-in-law, Charles Dobkins and his wife, Lora Beth Dobkins.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. 

Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Paul Presbyterian Church, North Richland Hills, Texas. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville, at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 23, 2024.
