Vernon Strunk passed away June 21, 2018.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst from 3:00pm t o 5:00pm. Followed by a gathering at the Mexican Inn. 1400 Airport Freeway, Bedford.
Vern was born on March 26, 1946 in Whitely City, KY to parents Jimmie and Irene Strunk. He worked for American Airlines and retired after 33 years.
Vern was preceded in death by his brothers, Ron, Benny, Holton, and Larry.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Strunk; sons, Kelly Strunk and his wife, Cheryl; and Kevin Strunk; grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Sarah, and Spencer; great grandchildren, Alexia, Samara, Trinity, Kylen, Kloe, Jordan and Bree; brother, Bill Strunk and his wife Bert; and many other extended family and friends.
