MILLSAP -- Victor G. Atkins, 88, passed away Friday, Dec. 18, 2015.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Arwine Cemetery in Hurst. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
Victor retired after 32 years of service with the Fort Worth Fire Department. He grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from North Side High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mattie Atkins, and sister, Juanita Howard.
Survivors: Wife of 67 years, Dorothy; daughters, Vicki Ansley and husband, Larry, Cheryl Williams and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Brandon McBride and JR McBride; great-grandchildren, Trevor McBride and Emma McBride; and a host of relatives and friends.
