Vincent was born February 12th, 1962 at Methodist Hospital in Dallas to Herbert and Ima Ruth Jacoby. Vincent attended Trinity High School, graduating in 1980. He joined the Air Force right after High School. He attended Tarrant County Junior College, where he studied Radiology. Vincent held various jobs throughout his life, most recently serving as caretaker for his parents.
Vincent is survived by his mother and father; sister, Sylvia Jacoby; brothers, Michael and Perry Jacoby; uncle, Jim Jacoby; aunts Helen Jacoby, Christine Jacoby and Sue Jacoby; nieces Kymberli, Katie, and Emily Jacoby; nephew Jason Jacoby, and numerous other loving family and friends.
