Virgie Lyn Mahoney

Virgie Mahoney 84, of Euless, Texas formerly of Kaufman, Texas passed away October 3, 2019.

Virgie was born on July 28, 1935 in Carbon, Texas. she graduated from Kaufman High School in 1953. she attended Henderson County Junior College and started to work for Texas Bank & Trust, June, 1954. She worked through several bank mergers and took disability retirement after 36 years of service.

She was united in marriage to Charles (Chuck) Mahoney on May 23, 1958.
She was diagnosed with multiple Sclerosis in September 1983. She continued work until 1990 when it was necessary to retire.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Albert and Carnie Pierce, four brothers and their wives; Eugene and Robbie, John and Agnes, Aaron and Delores, and Tom and Barbara.

She is survived by her husband for over 61 years; Charles (Chuck) Mahoney, one sister Elizabeth Laningham and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends.
