Virginia "Ginger" Ann Meyer

July 25, 1946 — July 17, 2022

Virginia "Ginger" Ann Meyer, 75, passed away on the evening of July 17th, 2022, in
Euless, Texas. Virginia was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on July 25th, 1946, to Robert and Ida
Meyer and was the second child of six. Her father, Robert was an Army Master Sergeant and her
mother, Ida a devoted Catholic. Virginia was an "Army Brat" living in New York, Utah, New
Mexico, lastly residing in Euless, Texas where she worked for the Tandy Corporation, aka
RadioShack, as a Banking Administrator for 40 years. She was all about family. If you wanted
to know a fact about the family history or what was going on, she was the person to go to. One
of her favorite activities was taking road trips to see all her cousins in New Jersey. Virginia was
very close with her "East Coast Family ".
Virginia was preceded in death by her father Robert Meyer, mother Ida Meyer, and
brother Henry Meyer. She is survived by her sister Florence Hulsey, brothers Michael and wife
LaQueta Meyer, Robert and wife Janet Meyer, and Joseph Meyer. She leaves behind daughter
Rachel Meyer and grandchildren Cailyn Meyer and Elliana Duran. Also, nieces Laura,
Christine, Nicole, Caroline, and nephew Paul and an extended family of cousins.
Mass will be held in her honor at 11:00 am, August 3rd at St. Michaels Catholic Church,
3713 E Harwood Rd, Bedford, Tx, 76021 and Reception to follow at 12:00 pm in the Great Hall
of the church.
