Wayne Ryan Fuller, 25, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015.
Funeral service 11am Monday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Burial will follow in Smithfield Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4pm Sunday at the funeral home.
A native of Fort Worth, Wayne was born November 23, 1989 to Jay and Tamara Miltenberger Fuller. He was an honors graduate of Birdville High School and a member of the R.O.T.C.
He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Robert Miltenberger, Jerry and Darlene Fuller.
