Bill is survived by wife, Aura "Bunnie" Cease Tunon; and her son and his family, Michael C. Armon, Gretchen Armon, Isabella, and Abigail; one sister, Carol Cease Skinner; niece, Amy and husband Chris, and their children, Anna and Max. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Edna and Francis Cease.
