William Dick Durrett, 67, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2018.
He was a strong, proud, loving man that touched peoples lives with honesty and integrity. Being a true horseman, training horses was his passion. He made several champion cutting horses.
Employed as Director of Corp. Sales for U-Haul for 30 years.
Graduating from Denton High School and East Texas State University. Dick was an army veteran.
Survivors: Wife, Linda Durrett; step children, Denise Jopling and husband Greg and Kevin Fuchshuber and wife Janice; step grandchildren, Jenna Dubose, Kyle Fuchshuber and Ben Jopling; step great-grandchild, Daxton Dubose; three sisters, Joyce Deussen and husband Clem, Dee McClary and husband Bob and Ginger Deussen and husband Larry; two brothers, Travis Durrett and wife Aleta and Jim Durrett and wife Jackie; and many more family and friends.
