William Alexander Ferrell

William Alexander Ferrell, age 91, of Bedford, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on January 25, 1928 to the late Alexander Truman Ferrell and Della (Jackson) Ferrell. He was retired from the United States Navy as a Lieutenant and also retired from Bell Helicopter as a MIS Manager. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 5 brothers, David, John, Lloyd, Henry and James.
He is survived by his wife of over 65 years, Annie Fay (Back) Ferrell of Bedford, Texas; sons, Mark Ferrell and Wife, Leslie of Bedford, TX and Scott Ferrell and wife, Linda of Virginia; grandchildren, Jason Ferrell and wife, Judi, Emily Gray, William Ferrell, Gabriela Ferrell, Brady Watson, and Carly Watson; great-grandchildren, Walton, Annabelle, and Lillian.
The family will receive friends and visitors from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. A graveside service with full Navy Honors will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, July 5, 2019 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park under the direction of Lucas Funeral Home.
