William Gene Steinhilber

Will went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2020 surrounded by his kids.
William Gene Steinhilber, was born on the Hughes Ranch in Arizona on July 23, 1941 to Catherine Hughes Bolt. Will lived in Tombstone, Georgia and New Mexico and Texas. He worked as a stocker at L Davis Foods while he attended Brewer High School in Fort Worth, Texas. He enlisted in the Army in 1961 with Honorable Discharge in 1964. He worked for Walker Construction for over 20 years. As an adult, Will built every house he lived in with his family.. Will retired in 2005.
Will was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Carpenters Local. His passions included hunting, cooking for family and friends, watching Tom Brady play, trail rides with Mabel and spending time with his grandkids.
Will was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine Hughes Bolt and Oscar Bolt; his first wife, Saundra Sullivan Steinhilber; son, William Stephen Steinhilber; and second wife, Glenda Holloway Steinhilber.
Will is survived by his children, Bryant Steinhilber and wife, Halley of Kennedale, Texas; William Stephen Steinhilber of Joshua, Texas; Gena Peeples of Prosper, Texas and Carrie Alaniz of Southlake, Texas; brother Richard Bolt and wife, Becky; and sister Shirley Stokes and husband, Earl. Will had fourteen grandchildren; Austin, River, Aaron, Hannah, Hunter, Summer, Dawson, Bryley, Kasey, Scout, Gavin, Mya, Maddox and Brooklyn and four great-grandchildren; Dakota, Everly, Harper and Ava.
