In loving memory of a cherished soul, Wyatt Russell Johnson, whose light shone brighter than the stars, was unexpectedly called to depart from this earth on the tragic day of October 3, 2024, in a heart-wrenching accident. Born on November 24, 2003, in Grapevine, TX, Wyatt's radiance touched the lives of all who crossed his path throughout his years.
A young man of remarkable character, Wyatt was the epitome of selflessness, a beacon of laughter and joy, and his vivid spirit and generous heart resonated deeply with those around him. Garnering his education at Byron Nelson High School, where he graduated with the Class of 2022, Wyatt was traversing the path of knowledge at Ranger College, paving his way towards a future filled with endless possibilities.
The adventurous soul of Wyatt found solace in the tranquility of fishing and the thrill of hunting, all the while relishing in the pursuit of making a living and cherishing the simple joys life had to offer.
As we gather in reflection and remembrance of Wyatt's radiant presence, he is embraced by his parents, Shane and Jennifer Johnson, brother Rylie, sister Madeline, and cherished grandmothers Cindy Allison and Emma Watts, alongside his grandfather Mike Johnson and great-grandmother Jean "Nannie" Lindsay, offering solace in their collective embrace.
Preceded in death by his beloved grandfather, Ray Watts, and great-grandparents Sue and Russell Johnson, Wyatt's departure leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who treasured him dearly.
As we look to the horizon, we anticipate ceremonies honoring Wyatt's spirit - a Public Viewing scheduled at Lucas Funeral Home located in Keller, Texas on October 10, 2024, from 6 - 8 pm, a Funeral Service to be held at Shady Oaks Baptist Church located in Hurst, Texas on October 11, 2024, at 10:00 am, and a final Burial Service at Weinert Cemetery on October 12, 2024, at 2:00 pm, where we will bid a fond farewell to a soul who touched our hearts in myriad ways.
In the tapestry of existence, Wyatt Russell Johnson shall forever be enshrined in our memories, his light guiding us through the shadows as we continue the journey he embarked upon. May his legacy endure eternally, his laughter echoing in the winds that sweep across time. Rest in peace, dear Wyatt, for the love you shared will remain etched in our souls, a love that transcends the barriers of mortality and sorrow.
