Zahver F. Morris (Setna) died peacefully in her home on Friday, July 21. Born in Indore, India, her family moved all over India due to her father’s work. Eventually, she settled in Mumbai and met her future husband, Fred. They were married in 1965. Fred came to the United States in 1969, and Zahver moved to the United States in 1972. Their young family lived in Munhall, PA until 1977 and then moved to Spotswood, NJ until 2005. Upon her retirement, she and her husband moved to Jacksonville, FL which they called home until 2020. Zahver and Fred moved to Fort Worth, TX to be closer to family.
Zahver was involved in education at a number of grade levels and positions. She was active in the community, often participating in events that supported her children’s activities.
In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting and reading. She leaves behind her (3) sons; Kurush, Murzban, and Bezan and (7) grand-children. She was pre-deceased in death by her husband Fred, who passed away in 2020.
Memorial services was held at Lucas Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 21 at 2pm CST.
